Action items for today:

🧰 CREATE YOUR CLASS KIT:

  • Essential Oils: have a kit set aside just for teaching.  I recommend The Healthy Start Kit (Top 10 Oils + diffuser)  At a minimum, bring Peppermint, Wild Orange, Deep Blue, On Guard (and Lifelong Vitality if desired).

  • 10-15 sample vials (1/4 dram) for giveaways - any oil will do but choosing from the top 10 is recommended

  • Enrollment forms - download and print HERE or purchase a tearpad of 50 for $5 in your back office HERE

  • Class handout - download and print HERE or purchase a tearpad of 50 for $5 in your back office HERE
  • If you aren’t using class handouts you will need plain paper (for people to write the top 3 health concerns on)
  • Print 5 color copies of the Enrollment Kit handout HERE and laminate to reuse
  • Pens (have a case of 15 pens just for your classes)

  • Oil Magic Books

  • Oil Key Chains to use as incentive for attendees to book a class (available in purple and black)

  • Optional small surprises/gifts for your attendees (You’ll want to do this if you mentioned in the 2 day or 2hr reminder text that you have a little surprise for them at class and can’t wait to see them)

  • Light refreshments (for the Basic Business Intro at the end of the intro class) Reminder, don't have refreshments for the intro to oils class. Just water and a few citrus oils near it for people to add.

🗒️ SUCCESSFUL CLASS TIPS:

  • Keep your Class Kit organized and replenished. (double check it 2 days before your event)

  • Remember: your class setup/process NEEDS to be simple!! If your attendees think your class is this huge production, they will think they can't do what you do! The most important part of this class is that it is very simple. Simple = duplication.

  • This Intro to Oils class is the one to master and see duplicating through your team. Every new builder should teach weekly for 3 months as part of their launch.

  • This class format is interactive, fun + effective! The flow of it is strategic so be sure to follow it

  • Hold presentations in distraction-free environments (no kids or pets running around)

  • Keep class to around 45 minutes (never over an hour)

  • Don’t give out sign up forms or enrollment kit sheets until end of class so you don’t distract attendees.
