🗒️ HOW TO ENSURE INVITED GUESTS SHOW UP TO YOUR CLASS:
This is a MUST!
Always connect with your invited contacts 2 days before (by phone) and then 2 hrs before (by text). And remember - you want to sample a customer before they come to a class.
Here’s what to say:
- CALL them two days before the appointment and give them some more info about the class. Do not ask them if they are still planning on coming, assume that they are:
"Hi, I’m excited to see you in a couple of days. I think what you’ll learn at this class will truly change your life. Also, there will be plenty of parking on the street, so just find the closest spot.”
- TEXT them 2 hours before the class:
“I’m excited to see you tonight. I have a surprise for you.”
Statistically, when you follow this model and invite 10 sampled people to your class, 8 will come and 6 will enroll
Surprises can be as simple as:

Peppermint brownies

a 5ml Wild Orange (you receive 10 of these in the Class in a Box)

a little bag of 3 samples such as toothpaste, deep blue and gum
📝 Your Assignment:
🗒️ Plan the date + time of your first/next Intro to Oils class
🗒️ Identify who you are inviting (reference your contact tracker) Be sure they have had a good sampling experience prior to inviting them to the class (ideally)
🗒️ Block off time in your calendar 2 days before your class to reach out to each invited guest
🗒️ add product samples to your doTERRA order if you'd like to have the as surprises for your guests
